Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are embarking on a new chapter.

Amid the pair’s breakup after 27 years of marriage, they’ve found a buyer for their Los Angeles home, with the house’s Zillow listing noting it is under contract for $14.9 million, multiple outlets report, including People, citing property records.

The sprawling mansion—located in the Hidden Hills area of L.A.—boasts six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and totals just under 12,000 square feet. In addition to a pool and fire pit in the backyard, the house includes a home gym, balconies, a bocce court, walk-in closets and a wine cellar.

The mansion—which the pair bought in 2020, shortly after receiving prison sentences for their involvement in the college admissions scandal—was put on the market in February, originally listed for $16.5 million.

E! news has reached out to reps for Lori and Mossimo for comment.

The Full House alum’s separation from the fashion designer—with whom she shares daughters Bella Rose Giannulli, 27, and Olivia Jade Giannulli, 26—was confirmed by Lori’s rep Elizabeth Much, telling E! News Oct. 2, “They are living apart.”
