Nio’s October deliveries surge 92.6% to 40,397 electric vehicles

[SINGAPORE] Chinese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer Nio announced on Sunday (Nov 2) that it delivered 40,397 vehicles in October this year, up 92.6 per cent year on year.

This reached a new monthly record for the company, with 17,342 vehicles from its family-oriented smart EV brand Onvo; 5,912 vehicles from its small smart high-end electric car brand Firefly; and17,143 vehicles from the premium smart EV brand Nio.

Cumulative deliveries reached 913,182 as at Oct 31, with 241,618 vehicles delivered year to date in 2025, increasing by 41.9 per cent on the year.

In October, the carmaker’s smart large-space flagship sport utility vehicle, the Onvo L90, achieved a new record and sustained its strong growth momentum, with monthly deliveries exceeding 10,000 for three consecutive months since its official launch in late July 2025.

Shares of Nio closed around 1 per cent or US$0.07 down at US$7.04 on Friday.
