Damian Hurley knows mom Elizabeth Hurley has the opposite of an achy breaky heart.
In fact, the model made sure to sing the praises of the Austin Powers star’s boyfriend Billy Ray Cyrus amid continued scrutiny on their romance.
“I’ve been in the public eye since the day I was born and rarely comment on anything written about me or my family,” Damian wrote in a recent Instagram Story, per screenshots obtained by multiple outlets. “but recent stories are so startlingly untrue that I want to offer a little clarity.”
The 23-year-old added, “For the record: l adore @billyraycyrus and think he’s one of the sweetest men I’ve ever met. I love seeing my mom so happy.”
Damian also shared that he gets along “beautifully” with Billy Ray’s kids—which include Brandi Cyrus, 38, Trace Cyrus, 36, Miley Cyrus, 32, Braison Cyrus, 31, and Noah Cyrus, 25, with ex wife Tish Cyrus, as well as son Christopher Cyrus, 33, with ex Kristin Luckey—and that “any claims to the contrary are yawn inducing and tediously untrue.”
