New Delhi:
Rain along with strong winds hit parts of Delhi today as the national capital sees a gradual fall in the mercury following days of heatwave.
The weather office had forecast thunderstorm with moderate rainfall in the city and neighbouring areas.
“A cluster of cloud patches are passing through the Delhi-NCR. Under its influence: Thunderstorm/ Duststorm with light to moderate intensity rain and gusty winds with speed of 40-70 Km/h would continue Delhi-NCR & adjoining areas during next 2 hours,” it said.
No heatwave is predicted until May 30, it had earlier said.
