Stir-fry recipes abound, and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m more than happy to pick one and follow it to the letter. But if you’re more of an improvisational cook, stir-fries make that possible as well.
The great thing about stir-fries is how easy they can be to mix and match. Swap in proteins and vegetables depending on what you like or what needs to be used up from your refrigerator. In those situations, you might want to have a few sauces in mind — or premade — that you can use to pull together a fast, flexible meal.
