Freshly squeezed juice is a must for the orange crush, a refreshing summertime quaff. The Harborside Bar & Grill in West Ocean City, Md., is generally accepted as the cocktail’s birthplace in 1995, but since then, the drink has spread along beachside bars and crab shanties of the Mid-Atlantic coast. Delaware has now moved in on the crush, naming it the state’s official cocktail.
