The recent offer made by financial comparison platform MoneyHero for rival MoneySmart came as a surprise to everyone – including MoneySmart.
MoneySmart’s founder and chief executive officer Vinod Nair said that the offer was “unsolicited”, and the company followed up with its own press release rejecting it.
