Kelsea Ballerini Reveals She’s Secretly Been Wearing a Wig “Like Hannah Montana”

Kelsea Ballerini is getting the best of both worlds. 

The “I Quit Drinking” singer revealed that she secretly wore a wig while performing on tour in order to sport luscious waves without damaging her real hair. 

In a time lapse video shared to her TikTok April 18, Kelsea sat in a makeup chair while her stylist removed her hair piece, which featured long, loose, blond curls. Once the wig transformation was complete, the 31-year-old unveiled her real dirty blond locks underneath, which were braided and pinned down. 

Captioning the clip, Kelsea gave a special shoutout to Miley Cyrus‘ Disney Channel character Hannah Montana, who leads a double life as a pop star and a normal teenage girl. 

“Protected my hair, felt like Hannah Montana,” the “This Feeling” singer wrote, “and got the after show nickname rufus.”

And it seems Kelsea won’t be going back to the long-haired wig look anytime soon, as she closed out her post, saying, “Last night of tour shed.”
