Kelly Clarkson’s Mini-Me Daughter River, 10, Steals the Spotlight on Her Talk Show
For Kelly Clarkson, the trouble with love is her busy schedule.
The Kelly Clarkson Show host—who shares River, 10, and Remy, 8, with ex Brandon Blackstock—revealed whether or not she’s holding out hope for a “unicorn moment” of finding love three years after her divorce.
“Yeah, I mean, I hope it does!” Kelly told Jenna Bush Hager and guest cohost Matt Rogers on the May 6 episode of Today with Jenna and Friends. “I will say, I’m not not looking and I’m not looking. I’m very busy. You get this as a mom. I’ve got to focus right now. There’s a lot of work.”
“My kids’ schedule I feel like is busier than mine,” the 43-year-old continued. “I’m running from my show to baseball practice and I’m trying to be just there. It’s a lot. My mom will tell me, ‘Look, I was a single mom. I didn’t get to make everything. They’re gonna be fine. You turned out fine.'”
Kelly went on to share that she’s trying to carve out more time for herself, especially when she’s on the road for work.
