During their solo date, the rancher and jewelry production professional reveal their true feelings for each other during a sweet, private moment.
“I like you, you know that,” Matt tells Chelsi in the preview before she replies, “I know. The whole thing just makes it harder with all the…I wish I didn’t have a mic on me.”
And when Chelsi wonders, “Are we still getting filmed?” Matt suggests, “Should we go up in this little arena box here?”
The California farmer and Dallas native then sneak off in an attempt to hide from the cameras, but they can be heard passionately kissing on their microphones.
Following the intimate moment—which marks Matt’s first kiss with a season three dater—he and Chelsi can’t hide their giddiness for each other.
