Newsboy likes the look of a last time out winner at Worcester and on the Flat expects Ruth Carr to continue a rewarding campaign at Thirsk
GONE IN SIXTY (5.25, NAP) can complete back-to-back wins in the five minutes it will take to complete the 2m4f handicap hurdle at Worcester on Wednesday.
It took 17 runs for the seven-year-old to open his account but now he has found his form, he can stay on an upward curve. Under Alice Stevens at Fakenham, Alex Hales’s charge benefitted from a patient ride to take the lead before the last hurdle and stretching away to a 14 length victory.

Stevens keeps the ride at Worcester where Gone In Sixty has finished either second or third in all five appearances. Though up 7lb for his last time out success, he can add a win to that record.
At Thirsk THE GOOD BISCUIT (3.33, NB) looks a tasty bet in division one of the 7f handicap. New to the Ruth Carr stable this year, he has run respectably on all five starts without managing to threaten the first three places.
Four of those efforts came over 6f but he could be a different proposition now returned to 7f at this track.
He tried the trip back in May when he was given plenty to do by Joanna Mason yet nevertheless made every effort to make up the ground only to meet traffic over 1f out.
He finished seventh, beaten less than five lengths, but now lines up 7lb lower in the handicap. Tuck in.
