After not giving lip service to rumors about her plump pout, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner admitted to getting “temporary lip fillers” during a 2015 KUWTK episode. “It’s just an insecurity of mine,” explained the then-17-year-old, “and it’s what I wanted to do.”

But for years, she remained tight-lipped about other procedures. “People think I fully went under the knife and completely reconstructed my face, which is completely false,” she told Paper magazine in 2019. “They don’t understand what good hair and makeup and, like, fillers, can really do.”

As for her body, though…

In a 2023 episode of The Kardashians, the mom of two revealed she’d gotten implants before her 2017 pregnancy with daughter Stormi “not thinking I would have a child when I was 20.”

She also didn’t anticipate the decision to receive silicone implants (“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” as she detailed on TikTok) would come with so much regret.

“I had beautiful breasts, like natural t-ts,” she lamented to pal Stassie Karanikolaou. “Perfect size, perfect everything and I just wish, obviously, that I never got them done to begin with.”

And should her daughter approach her, “I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder acknowledged. “She’s the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be the best mom, the best example for her. I wish I could be her and do it all differently ’cause I wouldn’t touch anything.”
