Leave it to Madeleine White to find her wedding dress on TikTok.
The influencer—whose DIY fashion videos have garnered her over 5 million followers on the social media platform—married DJ Andrew Fedyk at a July 12 ceremony in Santorini, Greece, while wearing a Viktor & Rolf wedding dress she stumbled upon on her FYP three years ago.
Pulled from the Dutch label’s Spring 2023 bridal collection, the strapless number was customized with 40 hand-appliquéd butterflies as a nod to Madeleine’s love of the insect.
“I put it on my body,” she recalled of trying the gown for the first time in a Vogue interview published July 15, “and knew it was my dress.”
But that wasn’t all she wore for her nuptials. After exchanging vows during sunset, the 29-year-old slipped into a backless halter dress by Berta for the reception, which featured a surprise performance from Natasha Bedingfield.
Madeleine ended the night with a third wardrobe change into a pink chain-mail dress from Versace and Fendi’s 2022 collaboration for an after-party at a nearby beach. As a tribute to Andrew’s Canadian roots, she and her groom served poutine—fries topped with gravy and cheese curds—as well as pizza and doughnuts.
