Ruby Franke’s ex-husband Kevin Franke has a new love in his life.
Following his divorce from the disgraced YouTube family vlogger—who alongside colleague Jodi Hildebrandt is currently serving up to 30 years in prison for child abuse—Kevin announced his engagement to his “wonderful and amazing” fiancée Becca Bevan. And he revealed they’re set to exchange vows in Springville, Utah, in November.
“Redemption is a real thing,” he wrote in a post on Facebook Sept. 28. “There were moments during the past three years when I didn’t think I would ever feel happiness or the warm embrace of a loving partner again. I’m so grateful for grace, resilience, a loving God who gives me hope, and family and friends that buoyed me when I couldn’t stand on my own.”
The 46-year-old added, “Here’s to new beginnings and fresh starts!”
Kevin and Ruby—who wed in 2000 and share six kids including Shari, 22, and Chad, 20—began living separately in September 2022, and he filed for divorce three months after his now-ex’s August 2023 arrest. Their split was finalized in March, with Kevin being granted full custody of their minor children.
