Sharing an image of Travis as a baby to her Instagram Story, which included the words, “Happy Birthday Travis,” along the bottom, Donna added Taylor’s new song “Opalite” as a backing track to the post—the song both of her sons have dubbed as one of their favorites.
Prior to the album’s release, Travis said on the Aug. 27 episode of New Heights that the song “might be my favorite,” and his brother Jason Kelce shared that following the Oct. 3 release that it was one of his top picks, too.
“I would say the top two songs I liked right away were ‘Opalite’ and ‘Eldest Daughter,’” Jason shared during the Oct. 8 episode of the podcast. “‘Opalite,’ I’m a sucker for anything that’s like, you’re down in the dumps, everything is just kind of now going right.”
And beyond the brothers, it’s a family favorite. Kylie Kelce—who shares daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 4, Bennett, 2 and Finnley, 7 months, with Jason—shared she’d been loving the song, and her daughters have, too.
“There’re some bops on there, I think everybody knows,” she said on the Oct. 9 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. “One of the songs that Ellie and I have been bopping to on the way to school is ‘Opalite,’ great song!”
