[SINGAPORE] Telco StarHub priced on Monday (Nov 17) its issue of S$300 million worth of notes due in 2035 at 2.55 per cent, under its S$2 billion multi-currency debt issuance programme.

The notes are expected to be issued on Nov 26 this year, and will mature on Nov 26, 2035, it said in a bourse filing.

The net proceeds from this issue will be used to finance the general corporate funding requirements or investments of StarHub and/or the group – including financing new acquisitions and investments, refinancing of existing borrowings, working capital, capital expenditure and other general funding requirements.

DBS Bank and UOB were appointed joint global coordinators as well as joint lead managers and bookrunners for the notes, said StarHub. HSBC Singapore and OCBC were appointed joint lead managers and bookrunners for the notes.

The counter closed Monday down S$0.01 or 0.9 per cent at S$1.14 before the announcement.
