Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are endgame.
The couple—who are parents to Christopher, 10, Hal, 8, and Finn,6—made a rare public appearance at a Nov. 19 New York City screening of Benedict’s upcoming film, The Thing With Feathers.
For the occasion, the Avengers actor, 49, kept it simple in a polished dark suit paired with a white t-shirt.Meanwhile, Sophie, 47, wore a sequined mid-length number alongside matching heels.
Though the pair are notoriously private about their romance, Benedict has shared glimpses of their connection over the years. Recently, he revealed the one rule to keeping his marriage with his wife of 10 years strong.
“Being away from home pisses them off,” he said during the Aug. 28 episode of Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast. “It pisses me off too, so we try and do as much to make that not the case—the two-week rule, and try to work as hard as possible on making work happen here nearer home so I can get home, or take them with me.”
