Bobbi Althoff knows online hate is really not good.
Over a year after finalizing her divorce from Cory Althoff, the Not This Again podcast host shared an emotional response to hurtful comments from users reacting to her boyfriend Ty Hawkins.
“We’ve been together for a year,” Bobbi said through tears in a Nov. 23 TikTok video, “but without fail, every single time I post him, all the comments are about how I’m ‘ran through’ and, ‘Oh, look, another one,’ or, ‘He probably doesn’t know how ran through she is.’ Just mean, mean things.”
The 28-year-old—who is mom to daughters Luca, 5, and Isla, 3, with Cory—explained she believes she receives so many “hate comments” because she has “a lot of men” following her who “have so many mean things to say.” But while she wishes she didn’t care about the ridicule, she noted she has been worn down by the never-ending nature of it.
“As much as I wish that these comments didn’t get to me, I’m human,” she continued. “If you got this many negative things said about you every day, it would get to you, too.”
Bobbi—who initially went viral in July 2023 for her in-bed interview with Drake on her now-defunct The Really Good Podcast—also referenced online chatter that she does more than just interview her guests, which have also included Nick Cannon and NBA star Kevin Durant.
