Coco Gauff has cemented her status as the world’s highest-paid female athlete with a new endorsement deal
Coco Gauff is set to see her fortune skyrocket after signing a deal to become a global ambassador for Mercedes-Benz. The American tennis star has already secured her position as the world’s highest-earning female athlete and shows no signs of slowing down.
The double Grand Slam winner enjoyed a stellar 2025 campaign, clinching her second major trophy with a French Open victory over fierce rival Aryna Sabalenka.
She reached numerous finals throughout the year, most recently triumphing at the Wuhan Open in October.
Yet it’s away from the court where Gauff is making her most significant financial strides.
Already boasting partnerships with Rolex, Bose, New Balance, Emirates, UPS and Microsoft, the 21-year-old will now bolster her commercial portfolio with Mercedes-Benz.

The agreement, believed to be worth £37.5million per year for up to a decade, represents more than just a payday for Gauff.
She said: “For me, tennis has always been about more than just winning. It’s about growth, passion and determination. That’s why this partnership with Mercedes-Benz feels so special – we share the same drive and belief in pushing boundaries.”
Gauff’s wealth already stands at a staggering £26.2m, including up to £18m from tournament winnings. This year alone, the young star pocketed £6m in prize money alongside £11m from sponsorship arrangements.
As Gauff gears up for another crack at dethroning world No. 1 Sabalenka, she’s received a major vote of confidence from tennis royalty. Rick Macci, who famously coached Serena Williams, has tipped the American star to reign supreme by 2026.
Taking to social media, Macci said: “Coco will be a different player in 2026.
“Serve will be a weapon and the forehand more compact and overall strategy controlling the center of the court. She has the best defense on the tour and with these additions she will be knocking on that number one door.”
