Jessie J is getting honest about her emotions amid her battle with breast cancer.

Alongside a tearful selfie, the “Price Tag” singer shared a candid reflection about her “heavy and hard” year.

“In a world full of ‘everything is fine, I’m happy, I’m good, life is perfect,'” she began on her Instagram Stories Dec. 30, “there is grief, hurt, pain, sadness, heartbreak and reflection and processing happening this time of year for many of us, alongside the good and great or on its own.”

Calling 2025 “one of the hardest but most magical years of my life,” Jessie shared, “All the sadness has come up this week.”

The 37-year-old, on her first break from work this holiday season, said she’s been “feeling really low” and “writing s–t down” to get in touch with her feelings.
