NBC star Cris Collinsworth was commentating on Super Bowl LX in San Francisco – but viewers were left baffled by the look of his hands during the broadcast. Collinsworth has been behind the mic for five Super Bowls featuring the Patriots, which is an impressive track record. He admitted his delight in witnessing the AFC East side returning to the biggest stage in the NFL under fresh leadership.
“It’s been an amazing run,” Collinsworth told the Mirror US regarding the Patriots. “And I’m glad that I get a chance to see it go full circle.
“So forever it was Belichick, and it was Brady in the beginning of that. And I sort of went through the whole cycle. And now it’s got his protege in there, right? Mike Vrabel is in there.”
However, the Patriots look to be struggling their way out of Super Bowl LX as the Seahawks takes a 29-7 lead into the final minutes of the game.
