Jon Rahm’s wife’s telling reaction to fans at Ryder Cup as she doesn’t hold back
Team Europe star Jon Rahm’s partner Kelley has been in attendance at the Ryder Cup and was seen responding to the US fans after her husband’s foursomes win
Behind every successful man is a formidable woman, and Jon Rahm‘s wife Kelley was no exception as she passionately cheered him on to victory in the Ryder Cup foursomes on Saturday.
Rahm has been on fire for Team Europe at Bethpage Black, shrugging off jeers from the crowd to secure victories alongside Tyrrell Hatton against Bryson DeChambeau and Justin Thomas, before partnering with Sepp Straka to triumph over world No. 1 Scottie Scheffler and J.J. Spaun.
Saturday saw Rahm continue his winning streak. The two-time major champion reunited with Hatton to defeat Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay, clinching a 3&2 victory under the watchful eye of his wife.

This came after Rory McIlroy had a heated exchange with fans, resulting in a plea for respect, reports the Express US.
As Rahm and Hatton made their way down the fairway towards the green on the 161-yard par-three 14th, they were met with a chorus of boos, described by one official as the loudest of the day. Kelley responded by turning to a member of the European team and commenting on the hostility her husband and Hatton were facing.
Rahm’s tee shot left Hatton with a challenging putt on the green, while Schauffele managed to get within five feet. Hatton lined up the seven-foot putt and sunk it.
The moment the ball dropped into the hole, cheers erupted from pockets of the partisan crowd.
But it was Kelley’s reaction that spoke volumes – she punched the air and let out a roar of delight for Hatton, right in front of the US fans.
Rahm and his wife, Kelley, first crossed paths at a Halloween party during their freshman year at Arizona State University (ASU).
The couple got engaged in 2018 and tied the knot a year later in Bilbao, Spain. They are proud parents of three children.
Kelley’s enthusiastic celebration underscores the strong bond within Team Europe. Rahm and Hatton have proven to be an unbeatable duo in the Ryder Cup, having won all five matches they’ve played together.
“It’s a joy to be able to play with him,” Rahm gushed about his team-mate.
“We’ve shared the golf course for many, many holes, and it’s absolutely incredible watching him play, and what he did on the greens today was nothing short of spectacular.
“At one point, we were basically out of the fairway and out of the green. We just somehow stayed in and stayed in and won some holes at the end.”
Hatton returned the compliment, saying: “Well, he’s certainly a good partner to play with. He pulls out some unbelievable shots at very special times. Yeah, he’s an incredible player, and a good person to walk the fairways with.”
