As Founder and President of the Center of the Eastern European Experience in Georgia, USA, she has dedicated herself to fostering dialogue among immigrant communities, strengthening cultural ties, and advancing inclusivity. Her leadership in organizing the annual “Soul of Georgia” Cultural Festival reflects her ongoing mission to celebrate heritage while building bridges of understanding across diverse communities.

Before establishing her presence in the U.S., Kiknadze’s influence was deeply rooted in the media and policy sectors of her home country. As Head of Informational Policy for the International Black Sea Trade Port in Georgia’s Adjara Region, she played a pivotal role in advancing anti-corruption initiatives and elevating the Port’s market value by nearly 50%. Simultaneously, through the Georgian Union of Mass Media Promotion (GUMP), she published first standard travel guide book in the country of Georgia “Georgian Guide Book”, pioneered national media ethics reforms and authored impactful projects like “Media Against Stereotypes” and others.

Her transition to the U.S. marked a new chapter of entrepreneurship and innovation. As Founder of Golden Gate Ventures Corporation, Kiknadze developed a groundbreaking business credit system to help small businesses secure capital during the economic challenges of the pandemic.
