Boxing Tonight: UK start times, live stream, TV channel and fight card

Fabio Wardley will put his WBO heavyweight title on the line later this evening when he takes on Daniel Dubois in a mouthwatering domestic dust-up in Manchester

Fabio Wardley and Daniel Dubois will clash later this evening in a blockbuster heavyweight world title showdown.

Wardley has become a real fan-favourite in recent times due to his little to no amateur pedigree and white-collar boxing background. The Ipswich native has had to do it the hard way, but has emerged as a real star. The 31-year-old hard-hitter announced himself on the world stage in his last fight after stopping veteran Joseph Parker in the 11th round.

The Brit won the WBO interim heavyweight title that night, but was eventually elevated to full champion when Oleksandr Usyk vacated his gold strap. Wardley is in no mood to mess around and is in for another huge night of boxing. Across the ring from him this evening is former world champion Dubois. ‘Triple D’ is on a redemption mission, having lost his last fight against Usyk last July in front of over 90,000 fans at Wembley Stadium. And so, here is everything you need to know ahead of tonight’s fights…

What time does Fabio Wardley vs Daniel Dubois start tonight?

Tonight’s action will take place at the Co-op Live in Manchester. The main card is due to get underway at around 6pm UK time (1pm ET / 10am PT / 12pm CT). In the main event, Dubois will make the walk to the ring first at around 11pm UK time (6pm ET / 3pm PT / 5pm CT) with Wardley set to follow shortly after. The two stars will then touch gloves shortly after before the first bell sounds. The fight should not start later than this but could be brought forward if the undercard fights are completed earlier than expected.

Quotes corner

Fabio Wardley: “I’ll win by knockout. I’ll go in there, provide entertainment and value for money for the fans. He is getting knocked out. I’ve done that to 95 per cent of my opponents and he’s just another one on the list. I’m going to clear him out. There will be no questions about it. I will land clean, land sharp and get him out of there. I hope he’s happy and healthy and that camp has gone well, he’s fresh and happy with life – they’re all ticks for me. I hope it’s the same for him, so let’s get it on and fight.”

Daniel Dubois: “I’m going to collect that trash, boy. I’m going to collect that trash, I’m going to collect that trash. It’s disrespect so I’m going to put it right in the ring. I heard what you said. I’m going to burst his bubble.” He added: “I win by any means necessary. That’s it. I’m here for business. Let’s fight.”
