Kate and Jon Gosselin’s Son Aaden, 21, Makes Rare Comments on Family’s Reality Show
Kate Gosselin is looking back at a difficult chapter.
More than 15 years after the Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum and her ex-husband Jon Gosselin finalized their divorce, she reflected on how she navigated the end of their marriage.
“I don’t know if you have kids or don’t have kids, but I made decisions based on how I would want to be treated, honestly,” Kate shared in an Aug. 27 TikTok Live, per People. “I didn’t buy into all the drama and the hate and the ugly. I had kids involved, so I wanted it to be as peaceful for them as I possibly could.”
After all, the TLC stars’ reality show—which ran from 2007 to 2009, and from 2010 to 2017 as Kate Plus 8—revolved around being parents to now-21-year-old sextuplets Collin Gosselin, Hannah Gosselin, Aedan Gosselin, Joel Gosselin, Leah Gosselin and Alexis Gosselin, as well as 24-year-old twins Mady Gosselin and Cara Gosselin.
