Transfer news LIVE: Andrey Santos Man Utd medical, Bruno Guimaraes to Arsenal

Atletico Madrid have agreed to sign Sporting captain Morten Hjulmand, according to Spanish journalist Ruben Uria.

The clubs are said to have a £38million deal in place – £34million plus £4million in add-ons based on Atletico qualifying for the Champions League and the number of matches the midfielder plays for them.

Premier League clubs have been credited with an interest in the Denmark international, most recently Arsenal, as well as Everton, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur.
