Transfer news LIVE: Man Utd triple deal, Arsenal’s Bruno Guimaraes agreement
Man City confirmed the signing of Jeremy Monga from Leicester City on Saturday, with the 17-year-old signing a long-term deal at the Etihad Stadium.
The agreement will see City pay Leicester a fee of £10 million, plus a further £2.5 million in add-ons.
Monga looked likely to be heading to Arsenal earlier in the summer before City made their move.
Following confirmation of the transfer, the winger took to social media to send an emotional goodbye message to Leicester. He then responded to his move to City.
He wrote: “A new chapter begins. Grateful for the journey so far – now it’s time to get to work. Thank you for the support”
